About Monti

I'm Montgomery Pace, most people call me Monti. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, I moved to the East Coast in 2011 to study International Relations. I was incredibly involved in campaigns and politics throughout college. Moving to the DC area was a natural fit, and I have resided in the DMV (DC-Maryland-Virginia) area for almost 10 years.

Professionally, I have a background in administration, coordination, and systems design. I started my career working as a Scheduler for a U.S. Congressman followed by roles as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator at a non-profit organization. These experiences exposed me to the challenges leaders often face with managing their time, priorities, and overwhelming workloads.

In October 2019, I founded Two Point Oh, LLC - where I work with growing businesses to help their operations scale effectively. My specialty is learning each client's unique working style, values, and goals to develop personalized systems that enable them to accomplish their goals.

Outside of running my business, I enjoy spending time with my partner Matt who works as an executive chef. At the end of 2022, we bought our first house together just outside Baltimore, Maryland, and both of us have enjoyed becoming homeowners. When not working, you can find me spending time in Chattanooga, TN with my niece and nephew or at an Orioles game.
